Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™ (ATMAT) are founded on the ancient Mayan technique of abdominal massage which is an external non invasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi. This therapy can be helpful for many things including painful or irregular periods, PMS, headaches, bladder and yeast infections, enhancing fertility and improving digestion. ATMAT can also provide support for pregnancy and after hysterectomy or C-section. Initial session includes teaching of self care massage. A safe and effective technique specifically designed for easing common discomforts of pregnancy and the postpartum period as well as promoting maternal and fetal well-being. Relaxation, an increase in energy, and pain relief are just a few of the many benefits.

Clients with cancer
A treatment specially designed for people with cancer histories and those currently in treatment for cancer. Massage can help manage symptoms such as pain, anxiety, poor sleep, muscle tension and nausea. Additionally, regular massage seems to ease depression and help body image. Aromatherapy (single oil)
Add a pure essential oil with its healing properties to your massage, enhancing the therapeutic benefits of your session. Choices include oils such as lavender, eucalyptus, grapefruit and clary sage.

Aromatherapy (custom)
Using pure essential oils in a base of massage oils such as sunflower, olive or jojoba oils, I will create a custom-blended massage oil to use during your session. After the treatment you will get to take the remainder of your custom-blended massage oil with you for use at home (perfect for a nightly self-abhyanga).

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, polished basalt lava stones are heated and applied to the body providing deep heat therapy with a relaxing massage. The Hot Stone Massage eases tight muscles, relieves stress, and alleviates tension. Some clients receive this treatment for the therapeutic use of heat while others enjoy the grounding energy of the stones.

On-Site Seated Massage
Given while clothed and seated in a specially designed massage chair and can be done at you workplace or event. Consider having chair massage at your next mom’s group, ladies’ night out, or to thank your employees!
